Cloud Nexus Market offers three categories of 
products and services:

a) Physical Products — Dropshipped goods sourced 
from vetted suppliers. All physical products listed 
on our store have been AI-screened and human-approved 
before listing.

b) Digital Products — Downloadable templates, 
planners, study guides, and toolkits. Digital 
products are delivered electronically and are 
non-refundable once downloaded.

c) SaaS Tools — Software tools developed by 
Cloud Nexus Market including Cloud Nexus Pilot 
and the AI Product Discovery Engine. SaaS tools 
are subject to their own terms of use provided 
at time of purchase.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the 
right to change prices at any time without notice. 
Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept all 
major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on cloudnexusmarket.com including 
logos, text, images, digital products, and software 
is the property of Cloud Nexus Market and is 
protected by intellectual property laws. You may 
not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative 
works without our written permission.

5. AI-CURATED PRODUCTS

Cloud Nexus Market uses an AI Product Discovery 
Engine to screen and approve products before they 
are listed on our store. While we make every effort 
to ensure product quality, we do not manufacture 
the physical products ourselves and rely on our 
suppliers for fulfillment.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cloud Nexus Market shall not be liable for any 
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
arising from the use of our products or services. 
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount 
paid for the product in question.

7. PRIVACY

Your use of Cloud Nexus Market is also governed 
by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into 
these Terms of Service by reference.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and 
construed in accordance with applicable laws. 
Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith 
negotiation before pursuing legal action.
