placed on weekends or public holidays are processed

Express Shipping (where available): 5-10 business days

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 
$45 USD. Orders below $45 USD incur a flat shipping 
rate displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a 
tracking number via email within 3-5 business days. 
You can track your order using the link provided in 
your shipping confirmation email.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Cloud Nexus Market ships internationally. Import 
duties, taxes, and customs fees are the 
responsibility of the customer and are not included 
in our product prices or shipping fees. Please check 
your local customs regulations before ordering.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered instantly via email 
after payment confirmation. No shipping applies to 
digital downloads, templates, or SaaS tools.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not 
received your package, please contact us within

investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
