At Cloud Nexus Market, we want you to shop with 
confidence. Please read our return policy carefully.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Dropshipping)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for 
physical products under the following conditions:

- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Item must not be damaged by the customer
- Proof of purchase required

To initiate a return, email us at 
info@cloudnexus360.com with your order number and 
reason for return. We will respond within 2 business 
days with return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after 
we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for 
returns are the responsibility of the customer unless 
the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us 
within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. 
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at 
no additional cost to you.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of 
digital downloads including templates, planners, 
guides, and toolkits are final. No refunds are issued 
for digital products once downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with a digital 
product, contact us at info@cloudnexus360.com and 
we will resolve it within 24 hours.

SAAS TOOLS AND SOFTWARE

Refunds for SaaS tools and software subscriptions 
are available within 7 days of purchase if the 
product does not function as described. Contact us 
with a detailed description of the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads once accessed
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimate or sanitary goods
